The receptionist was wonderful and showed us best things to do in the area not just because it’s pet of her job but with her heart. We got a farewell present and a bottle of red wine in the room. Nespresso capsules and water refilled everyday. Overextended our expectations. Thank you for creating such a lovely place and lovely experience.

It was a beautiful place with wonderful service very nice location and excellent view and great facilities. All very modern, clean, well organized and beautifully styled. Breakfast was excellent too as were the pools, gym, spa.

We stayed in this hotel with my wife and our one-year-old for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would always greet us with a smile and ask if everything was ok. They even offered us vouchers for free drinks at the hotel's bar during check-in. The bedroom was very spacious, modern and clean. The cleaners even folded our clothes. We had asked for a baby cot, and even with that, we had plenty of space in the room. The mini bar in the room was free, and there were water bottles, soft drinks, a small wine, and coffee and tea. We didn't get a chance to dive into the pool, but we did relax for a while at the pool's sunbeds, which were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and every day, they even had a new addition. It was a 10-minute walk from the old city center so we didn't even have to move our car. There is private parking in the basement of the hotel, but the spots are limited, and you have to book in advance. We were not aware, but there were plenty of free parking spots on the streets around the hotel.

The facility has excellent pools where children can spend the whole day, and the dining service is of the highest quality. I want to particularly mention the restaurant staff who fully catered to our needs. Notable among them is Sous Chef Christos, who personally attended to our needs and allergies. Christos is a person for whom words are not enough to express his kindness. He is courteous, collaborative, cheerful, and always present! Thanks to his constant help, we were able to have a worry-free vacation. Thank you, Christos! Also, the dining room staff Giannis and Giorgios were incredibly helpful and courteous, always at our service! Hotel Madalena se găsește în Mykonos, la 5 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Agia Anna, și are o piscină în aer liber, o terasă, un bar și parcare privată gratuită. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. We had a private patio right outside our door with 2 sun beds, table and chairs. The bed was large and comfortable. Pillows were so comfortable too. Bathroom with walk-in shower was very spacious. Great to have a coffee machine as well as kettle in our room.
